**Title of Position: Line Cook**
Must be able to produce a delicious, eye-catching, and high-quality product. Responsibilities will also include maintaining proper food safety and sanitation procedures are being met. The cook must be culinary-driven because here you will work with the freshest ingredients, the cleanest kitchens, top of the line equipment, and standards of operation. **Qualifications**:
- Two years working experience as a grill cook or in kitchen preparation and cooking.
- Knowledge of food handling, meal preparation, and food service techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as requiredMust have kitchen experience & the desire to learn and grow
- Must possess a positive attitude with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
- Line Cook located in The Town of Blue Mountains / Collingwood, ON**Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
- Ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation
- Monitor food inventory and communicate any shortages or discrepancies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow proper food handling and storage procedures
**Salary**: $19.00-$21.50 per hour
