Automotive Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs and budget
- Conduct test drives with potential buyers to showcase vehicle features and performance
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with sales management to meet sales targets and achieve dealership goals
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers
- Utilize sales support tools and technologies to streamline the sales process

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Fluency in multiple languages, including Spanish, is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are highly desirable
- Experience in sales management or sales support is a bonus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $42,500.00-$99,500.00 per year
