**Duties**
- Perform poultry cutting and trimming tasks according to specifications.
- Prepare various cuts break down of poultry.
- Ensure all poultry products are packaged correctly and labeled accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the meat preparation area in compliance with food safety regulations
- Adhere to all food handling guidelines to ensure product safety.

**Experience**
- Previous experience as a butcher or in a similar role within the food industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of poultry cutting techniques and food safety standards.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment used in meat preparation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness and organization in the workplace.
