**Your role**:

- Answering inbound telephone calls
- Booking drivers for routing requirements as requested
- Dispatching of drivers daily
- Handling customer issues and providing appropriate resolutions
- Providing data entry, filing, and other administrative support as directed by the General Manager
- The ability to organize and prioritize schedules is integral to this position
- Must be able to answer after-hours emergency phone lines
- Other job roles within the office.

**Your profile**:

- You have excellent communication and customer service skills both on the phone and in person.
- You possess a high level of attention to detail and the ability to follow a task through to completion.
- You have strong computer skills with proficiency with both Microsoft Office products and Excel Spreadsheets.
- You have excellent time management and organization skills to complete daily tasks and meet deadlines.
- You are adaptable to changes throughout the day and must be a fast learner.

**Your location**:

- This is a casual, unionized position in Victoria, BC. The union doesn't allow part-time employees.
- Dispatchers are assigned two consecutive days off but need to be available for the other five.
- Work schedule includes days, evenings and weekends.
