**The Role**

**How you will Perform the Role and Succeed**
- Review customer complaints and mechanical reports about vehicle vehicle condition.
- Provide timely mediation service to our valued customers and provide tremendous customer service
- Work tirelessly to keep customers happy through the stressful arbitration process
- Advise customers of auction policies and follow the arbitration process and the vehicle sales law in Ontario
- Good time management skills to handle all service inquiries at our mechanical and detailing facility
- Organize work schedules for current staff
- Monitor staffing levels and report to management
- Ensure our facility is safe for all employees and customers
- Promote our services to current and potential customers to increase revenues
- Use excellent computer skills to administer the proper reports and facilitate cancelling deals in our auction system

**How you will get Hired**
- Have 3+ years of progressive customer-focused/relationship-based auto service experience.
- Background in auto mechanics
- Prior management and sales experience
- Prior work history in conflict resolution
- Be eligible to obtain your Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council licence
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment
- Computer Skills: Basic PC skills, Typing/Data Entry, Internet, and MS Office
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Work independently with mínimal supervision
- Maintain a valid provincial driver’s license and must provide a driver’s abstract annually
- Knowledge of engine performance, transmission operation, & Powertrain issues
- Follow all applicable safety and health related procedures
- Ability to drive and work in adverse weather conditions
- Auction Experience, Automotive body and mechanical experience preferred
