**Who you'll be working with**:
Hi, my name is Craig Revord, and I'm the Director of Growth and Development here at Mejuri. In my role, I'm responsible for creating and executing talent strategies that result in developing and retaining our talent and support building a collaborative, high-performance, and growth mindset culture. I Joined Mejuri in 2021, and was enticed by the growth potential and culture. I'm excited to say it has all been true and exceeded all of my expectations. I'm looking for a Learning Development Consultant to join our Growth and Development Team, under contract for 7 months. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support Mejuri's growing learning needs, particularly inside the implementation of our new LMS, and building learning strategies/creating learning programs for our evolving fulfillment center. You will also work with a high performing and dynamic team, and be a part of our mission to redefine luxury, your way.

**The Role**:
As a Learning & Development Consultant at Mejuri (contract), you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and facilitating the successful onboard of our new LMS across 3 business lines. In addition and in conjunction with LMS implementation, the role will consist of building end to end learning and training solutions for our growing Fulfillment Center employees.

To do this, we design, develop + implement strategic L&D and change management initiatives that align with rapid growth and annual business objectives. We hold an approach and operate from the intersection of learning, coaching and org development, harnessing insights and often delivering ahead of them through provocative partnering and robust relationships.

**What you'll do**:
LMS integration
- Effectively manage LMS implementation, successfully partnering with the project team, aligning with internal stakeholders on proposed timelines/tasks/needs + managing external vendors requests and direction.
- Ensure the LMS implementation supports organizational and L&D objectives by aligning the implementation success criteria with our business goals
- Identify and implement an engagement strategy to garner strong platform adoption when the learning platform is launched, including designing a comms strategy to support the launch
- Coordinate technical resources to facilitate successful integrations, particularly with regards to user provisioning and authentication
- Support the content and migration strategies to ensure the new learning platform is supports our business needs
- Serve as the primary point of content for learning platform support and troubleshooting during the implementation and hypercare periods.

Fulfillment Center Learning Programs
- Design and develop appropriate blended learning solutions (eLearning, mLearning, VILT, apps, web-enabled tools, Self-paced, ILT, Performance Support, etc.) tailored for our fulfillment center audience
- Creating compelling learning content based on delivery vehicle (asynchronous or synchronous, digital or in-person)
- Actively listening and proactively suggesting new ideas to refine program through empathy and observation
- Develop meaningful tracking measures targeting performance of learning programs
- Develop clear and actionable training proposals
- Organizing, scheduling, and coordinating training logistics.
