**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Financial Management & Profitability
- Monitor and analyze profit and loss statements to ensure financial goals are achieved or exceeded.
- Prepare and manage operational budgets, including revenue forecasting and expense control.
- Perform liquor, wine, and beer costing to optimize margins while maintaining high-quality offerings.
- Prepare regular profitability reports and provide actionable insights to ownership.

**Inventory & Ordering**
- Oversee liquor, wine, beer, and food inventory to ensure accurate tracking and cost management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing.
- Implement systems for tracking inventory and minimizing waste or overstocking.

**Staff Leadership & Development**
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of A-type personalities who thrive in a high-energy environment.
- Ensure exceptional service standards and uphold the brand’s reputation for quality and innovation.
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to ensure team members excel in their roles.
- Schedule staff effectively to balance labor costs and maintain exceptional guest service standards.

**Operational Excellence**
- Create and maintain staff schedules to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Oversee the cleanliness, organization, and ambiance of the venue to uphold brand standards.
- Act as the owner-operator, maintaining attention to detail across all aspects of the business.

**Guest Experience**
- Lead a guest-first culture, ensuring all patrons receive outstanding service and memorable experiences.
- Be present on the floor during peak hours to engage with guests and support the team.
- Proactively interact with guests to foster relationships and respond to feedback in real-time.
- Continuously elevate the guest experience by staying ahead of trends and incorporating innovative ideas.

**Marketing & Brand Development**
- Act as the face of the brand, engaging with the local community and fostering partnerships.
- Work with marketing teams to develop campaigns that drive foot traffic and sales.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, incorporating innovative ideas to enhance the guest experience.

**Requirements**:

- A big, outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 3-5 years of experience managing upscale bars, restaurants, or similar environments.
- Proven ability to manage profit and loss statements and drive sales growth.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with a hands-on management style.
- A passion for food, cocktails, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role in a high-end bar or upscale restaurant.
- Strong financial acumen with a proven track record of managing profit and loss statements, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Expertise in liquor, wine, and beer costing, inventory management, and vendor relations.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A passion for hospitality, food, and cocktails with a drive to create unique guest experiences.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
