SUMMARY
Reporting to Operations Lead, you are responsible for the overall responsibilities of one or several industrial or commercial construction projects. You will ensure the project is conducted in a way meeting requirements of production, quality and safety.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage and supervise landscape crews of 2-12 people.
- Read and understand project and product specifications and drawings.
- Plan materials and labour requirements, as well as work schedule to best carry out projects
- Resolve work-related problems, prepare and submit progress and other reports
- Operate equipment such as skid steer, tractor, mower, loader, and mini excavator.
- Determine worker competency and train workers.
- Responsible for hazard assessments as well as methods of control on job sites.
- Maintain financial, safety, and personnel records and submit in a timely manner.
- Work as a general labourer or equipment operator to lead by example.

QUALIFICATIONS
- A valid Class 5 Driver’s License (Class 3 preferred) as well as a reliable vehicle.
- **At least 2 years of experience in hardscapes.**:

- **At least 2 years of landscape supervisory experience with a crew of up to 10 people**:

- Microsoft Office & Shared Cloud DataBase experience
- Safety Tickets including CSTS, H2S, Ground Disturbance and First Aid will be required for some worksites.
- A safety first attitude and familiarity with all required construction safety documentation

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
