**Generations Cleaning**, an expanding company, takes pride in catering to an extensive array of commercial clients, ranging from expansive retail outlets to multifamily residential complexes, offices, medical facilities, and industrial sites across various sectors.

Presently, we are seeking a Part-time Building Superintendent/Cleaner to oversee operations at a beautiful condo in the Port of Newcastle. Our team values individuals with a positive mindset, a welcoming disposition, and a strong work ethic.

**Position: Part-time Superintendent/Cleaner**
**Shift**: 8:00am-12:00pm Monday & Thursday

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Cleaning**:Cleaning the lobby, hallways and common areas (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting)
- ** Suite Inspections**: Conduct thorough checks of residential units.
- ** Hallway Inspections**: Regular monitoring and maintenance of communal areas.
- ** Light Bulb Replacement**: Ensuring proper lighting throughout the premises.
- ** Litter Control**: Interior and exterior cleanup duties.
- ** Garbage Room Maintenance**: Upkeep and organization of waste disposal areas.
- ** Waste Management**: Proper disposal and recycling of garbage.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in junior-level repairs
- Previous cleaning experience
- A proactive approach to maintenance tasks

**Rate**: $18.00 per hour

**Job Type**: Part-time
