**Job Description** Mission**

The site supervisor we're looking for will have knowledge of civil, structural, electrical or mechanical disciplines, and an ability to solve problems of all kinds. This position allows you to learn at exponential speed about the industrial sector, working with colleagues from many disciplines. This challenge has a strong health-safety-environment component, and you would be the Health and Safety reference for local CIMA+ site practices and standards.

**Primary responsibilities**
- Coordinate a wide variety of projects involving various stakeholders in an industrial environment
- Perform work supervision
- Assist stakeholders during commissioning
- Ensure that occupational health and safety (OHS) rules and standards are applied in accordance with customer and CIMA+ requirements
- Ensure that environmental rules and standards are applied in accordance with customer and CIMA+ requirements
- Monitor site progress, raise delays/issues and inform the project manager
- Coordinate activities with work surrounding the site
- Ensure compliance of work with engineering documents (plans and specifications) and provide technical support

**Qualifications**
- Experience in heavy industry and/or plant work (5 to 10 years' experience)
- College diploma in engineering (civil, structural, electrical or mechanical), an asset
- ASP Construction card
- Driver's license required
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit
- Strong organisational skills
