**Duties and Responsibilities**

Provide Exemplary service, communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.

Respond to service and installation requests as assigned by dispatch or service manager.

Troubleshoot, diagnose and carry out the required repairs.

Report to management to ensure correct parts are ordered for required repairs.

Complete all service paperwork/electronic forms and reports daily and on time.

Installation and service of overhead doors in a Commercial and Residential environment.

Maintain company tools and vehicles.

**Qualifications**
- Successful applicants will:_

Have a minimum 2+ years of overhead door installation and maintenance experience.

Be comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet and climbing ladders up to 20 feet.

Must be a detail orientated person who is able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Be mechanically inclined, able to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.

Be comfortable with both Smartphones and tablets, able to navigate apps to complete required job forms and timesheets.

Be in good physical condition and able to lift in excess of 60 pounds overhead.

Adhere to all company policies and safety requirements.

Provide estimates and quote jobs.

Welding and fabrication experience are an asset.

Willingness to work overtime as required.

**Wage**

$20- $25/hour

Starting wage will be based on each applicants experience with an initial review and possible increase being conducted after 90 days. Increase will be based on the individuals demonstrating exception customer service, attention to detail, quality of work and adherence to company policy.

Retention Bonus of $1250 to be paid out after 6 months of continuous and consistent employment and clear demonstration of the above qualifications.

Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Overtime as required

**Benefits**

In addition to the wage compensation, after 90 days you receive extended medical/dental coverage and Life Insurance coverage through our Health Services Plan.

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
