Junior Draftsperson

Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking **Junior 3D Draftsperson or Drafting Technician** to join our talented team.

**The Position**:

- Junior 3D draftsperson
- Primarily involved in the design of parts, structures, and components that are utilized in dairy farm operations
- Vast majority of the work you will be doing will involve 3D modeling of parts and design work
- Utilizing Autodesk Inventor and Autodesk Vault software

**Requirements**:

- Well-developed 3D modeling experience
- Autodesk Inventor + Autodesk Vault software is a definite asset
- Experience with other 3D modeling software is acceptable
- Experience with manufacturing, metal work, welding, and/or plastics is preferred
- The ability to conceptualize about simple equipment and machinery and how they’re put together and made
- Someone who could figure out how to build a desk if they had to
- Critical thinking skills
- High level of precision and detail orientation
- Exceptional work ethic
