**En quoi consistent les postes offerts ?**

**Principale responsabilité**

Sous l’autorité d’une directrice de programme et avec l’appui des autres membres de l’équipe, les personnes choisies auront la responsabilité de gérer l'ensemble des livrables de leur domaine spécifique en veillant au respect des ententes légales entre les parties. Nous cherchons des personnes versatiles et aimant la diversité des tâches de gestion.

**Quels sont les profils que nous recherchons?**
- Baccalauréat ou Maîtrise en Administration des affaires, Communication, Ingénierie, Droit ou tout autre diplôme permettant d’assumer la responsabilité décrite ci-dessus;
- Minimum de 2 années d’expérience professionnelle ;
- Expérience et compétences démontrées dans l'un ou l'autre des domaines suivants:

- gestion de projets technologiques
- gestion communication et marketing
- gestion financière
- gestion de programmes
- gestion juridique
- Aptitudes élevées en communication écrite et orale : capacité à adapter ses communications au profil de son interlocuteur;
- Personne rigoureuse qui apprécie le travail d’équipe;
- Aptitudes élevées pour les TI, expérience avec Office 365 un atout;
- Intérêt pour l’environnement d’affaires d’une PME : capacité à travailler avec un minimum de supervision dans un environnement changeant, complexe et sous pression.
