Mitchell Ironworks is hiring an experienced Powder Coating Applicator

Job Overview:
The Painter will set up and operate powder coating equipment. They will ensure high standards of workmanship and efficiency. The Painter will ensure outputs meet production schedules, safety and quality standards, as well as customer needs.

Duties listed may change as the Company evolves. Performing other duties as assigned is a requirement for this position.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Clean, hang and paint parts accurately and efficiently

Responsible for packaging and preparing parts for shipment

Painting experience is an asset, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Will be required to operate a forklift to load/unload materials

Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands

Ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time

**Salary**: $20.00-$26.00 per hour, based on previous experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 830am-5pm (can be flexible)
