Labourer for Asphalt Resurfacing

Thunder Bay, Canada Johnson Asphalt Protection Full time

We are looking for hard working, dedicated individuals. No experience required, but an asset. These are seasonal positions that are weather dependent. Applicants must be available to work between the months of May and September. Work hours are dependent on job location. Days may be earlier or later depending on weather and demand from jobs. There will be weekend work.

You will be working at an entry level position under an experienced technician. You will be trained on site.

Job responsibilities include preparing/cleaning the work area, crack filling, asphalt repairing, sealing, and line painting.

A valid G drivers license is required and experience driving with a trailer is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 - 44 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Licence/Certification:

- G drivers licence (required)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2024-05-20
