Condominium Assistant Superintendent

Guelph, Canada Sunrise Maintenance Full time

We are seeking a Condominium Assistant Superintendent, with a live in position after 3 months of employment. Your role will be to ensure the property's maintenance, cleanliness, and fostering a secure and welcoming community environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance and safety issues
- Ensure adherence to security protocols and property regulations
- Light cleaning, painting, and minor repairs in and around the property
- Managing the moving requirements related to elevator bookings and move-ins and move-outs

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Ability to work with mínimal supervision doing indoor and outdoor work
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and safety-conscious
- Availability for on-site emergencies
- Mechanical ability an asset but not necessary
- Prior experience in property maintenance

This position requires bending, pushing, pulling, climbing, and lifting. Work indoors/ outdoors - rain, snow or shine.

- Guelph, ON N1C 0A1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Superintendent: 1 year (preferred)
