**Baker/Prep Cook (From Scratch)**

$15-18 per hour Depending on Experience

Available shifts Monday-Sunday 3-4 Days a week. Weekday or Weekend morning shifts 5am-11am.

**Full Job Description**

Devon Golf and CC is looking for a creative, passionate baker to join our BOH team. This individual will use their from scratch skills to create baked goods and desserts for the Golf course. It is necessary for this person to be able to work without supervision and can take instructions from the Sous Chef.

**Duties/responsibilities will include**
- Create Baked goods to for Snack Shack, Beer Cart. (Muffins, Cookies ect)
- Read Recipes and follow instructions
- Create Dessert, Squares for Banquets and Restaurant
- Maintain a clean work space, Follow sanitary procedures.
- Ability to have the freedom to create your own recipes.
- Make Sandwiches, and other snacks for our Snack shack and Beer Cart.
- Making Fresh Bread items
- Ability to communicate with Sous Chef to execute items flawlessly

**Education/certification requirements include the following**:
Food Safety

First Aid certification is not required but would be an asset. (Optional)

1 Year From Scratch Baking

2 Years Commercial Baking
