**Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate all activities within the Lucullus TPO bakery, including production, baking, assisting with staffing, packaging, and cleaning.
- Ensure that all bakery products meet our quality standards and are prepared according to Lucullus TPO recipes and specifications.
- Train, mentor, and motivate bakery staff, providing guidance on proper techniques, safety procedures, and customer service in alignment with Lucullus TPO standards.
- Schedule and assign tasks to bakery employees, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet production goals and customer demand while upholding the Lucullus TPO brand experience.
- Monitor inventory levels of Lucullus TPO ingredients, supplies, and finished products, and place orders as needed to maintain stock levels.
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of Lucullus TPO bakery equipment and work areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special orders with the highest level of Lucullus TPO service standards, providing prompt and courteous service.
- Implement and enforce Lucullus TPO company policies and procedures, including sanitation guidelines, production control, and waste reduction initiatives.
- Collaborate with Lucullus TPO management to develop new products, promotions, and marketing strategies to drive sales and increase profitability while maintaining brand integrity.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of the Lucullus TPO bakery operations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
**Recommended Qualifications**
- Proven experience working in a bakery or food production environment
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and consistency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Food safety certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in baking or culinary arts is a plus.
