The Role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive team player to own the tax/audit co-ordination and provide finance business partnering and accounting support to parts of the Supply Chain function.

The key focus of the role is:

- Supply Chain Partnering including:

- Review of logistics cost invoices including any non-standard costs like detention, unloading overtime to ensure accurate charge per rate card.
- Detailed monitoring of warehouse and pallet invoices to ensure correct charge and highlight trends that may affect forecasts.
- Monitor inventory levels and warehouse costs.
- Supporting senior supply chain business partner with weekly co-ordination of logistics cost control
- Tracking and monitoring freight variances on international inbound freight from third party providers
- Maintaining costing file for NPDs
- Upload of monthly freight rate update into Promax
- Monthly checking of freight model for any calculation mistakes
- Fielding ad hoc freight related queries from commercial team
- Be the SAP/BPC (Business Planning Consolidation) Super User and provide support to local finance on systems/process developments.
- work closely with the Finance Shared Services team (Indonesia), the local finance team and supply chain colleagues.
- ensure that costs are closely monitored and only rightly due invoices are accepted and paid.
- Supporting tax accounting completion and co-ordination
- Supporting Audit co-ordination
- Month end FP&A and reporting activities

Qualifications and experience
- Degree in finance or accounting (essential)
- CPA/ICA professional qualification or near completion
- 2+ years’ experience in audit/tax
- Experience in FMCG preferable but not essential
- Working in a SAP environment and BI reporting highly desirable
- Advanced Excel skills highly desireable
