**Summary**

**Job Duties**
- Work in a team environment, to ensure scope of work is completed with a high level of quality and meets all requirement
- Removal and disposal of existing shingles and preparation of roof decking for new install
- Install underlayments, shingles, vents, plumbing flashings, wall and step flashings, and hip and ridge capping, etc.
- Comply with all safety regulations while working on roofs, climbing ladders and using scaffolding as per manufacturers recommendations
- Perform all other related duties as assigned or needed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum five (2) years experience
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Possess a valid driver's license and vehicle
- Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally.

**Work Conditions**
- Physical ability to lift up to 75lb.
- Travel to the site, and off-site locations will be required.
- Safety equipment may be required, e.g. steel-toed safety boots, safety glasses/goggles, etc.
- Overtime as required

**Salary**: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
