Project Site Manager/crew Lead

**Responsibilities**:
SKYLIT is Nova Scotia's #1 quality solar PV installer. Maintaining top quality is the ethos of our company and is the highest objective of every employee.
This role will involve working with company management on site planning and fulfillment of objectives.
Communicating with third party contractors in fulfilling their contract scope to realize the site plans and objectives.
Leading the SKYLIT onsite crew to fulfill SKYLIT project scope.
Support the SKYLIT solar installation team as required.
Lead and supervise main stages of installation process.
Work closely with the administration staff & management of SKYLIT to fulfill administrative requirements.
Provide technical support.
Assist product development with commercial projects as required.
Perform customer site visits as required.
Work in planning solar installations as required.
**Requirements**:
Experience in managing site crews.
Very hands-on.
Highly organized, with attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to analyze, organize and manage time, including the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines with limited supervision.
Ability to take initiative, multi-task, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and evolving priorities.
Positive and constructive approach to challenging ideas, gauging concerns, identifying gaps and making timely recommendations.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively. We believe strongly that every interaction with a customer is a sales opportunity and this is reflected in the interpersonal skills and presentation of people throughout our company.
Field experience in grid-tied and off-grid solar energy installations a plus but not essential.
