We are seeking a **Recovery Coordinator **to join our growing team Reporting to the Asset Recovery and Remarketing Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with vendors while identifying the best interests of the company. You will be reviewing and making decisions on inventory within company guidelines in a timely manner. You will also be working closely with other team members while independently making decisions in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Day to day review of inventory
- Review and approve condition reports for vehicles to ensure readiness for liquidation
- Validate and confirm required documentation is on file
- Communicate with vendors in a productive and professional manner
- Manage vendor expectation with company interests in mind
- Follow directions and procedures based on the provided workflow
- Perform other administrative functions as required
- General Vehicle and/or Power Sports knowledge
- Work experience in the automotive industry
- A good understanding of the Remarketing Process
- Strong interpersonal skills for vendor communication
- Experience in reading and reviewing Condition Reports highly desired
- A keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills
- Capacity to effectively set and manage multiple conflicting priorities to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and within a team
**Working Environment**
- Fulltime, permanent employment (40 hrs/week)
- Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM
- Working onsite in our office in Pickering, ON
