Your role:
We need you for:
- Manage the improvement projects of our buildings-
- Manage activities within your scope and measure results in terms of quality, costs, schedule compliance, specification compliance and impact on the employee experience-
- Participate in budgeting activities for the management of operational activities, building and security projects-
- Be innovative in implementing improvements while respecting change management concepts-
- Contribute to the management of relationships with service providers for the site and validate the costs according to the agreements in force-
- Ensure and validate that activities and projects are delivered in accordance with the procedures and compliance obligations in effect-
- Work in collaboration with the person responsible for health, safety and the environment of the siteWhat do you need to possess for being successful:
- You have project management experience and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role-
- You are familiar with change management concepts-
- You know the Office suite and are willing to learn (training offered on-site)-
- You can communicate in English and French (written and spoken)-
- You are autonomous, rigorous and diplomatic-
- You demonstrate a capacity for initiative and unconditional respect for safety standards-
- You are oriented towards people and continuous improvement-
