- **Qualifications and Requirements**:_

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of transport methods
- Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work well with others
- Ensuring the safe movement of large vehicles and trailers around Trailcon yards and to or from customer yards
- Adhering to strict health and safety guidelines
- Completing safety assessments
- Inspecting vehicles and trailers
- Using Company tablet to track shunts
- Coupling and uncoupling trailers
- Safely parking trailers
- Maneuvering laden and un-laden trailers
- Ensuring handover procedures are correctly implemented when passing goods on to other workers
- Ability to operate and control equipment in confined yard areas.

**Requirements**:

- Must have an AZ license
- Must have a clean drivers abstract
- Minimum 3 years AZ driving experience
- 1 year shunt experience is an asset
