- Follow the instructions of the manufacturing recipe
- Measure, weigh, lift, hang the tracks

- Possess a high school diploma or vocational degree. Any other combination of education and experience deemed relevant may be considered
- Enjoy active and varied work (multi-tasking)
- Good manual dexterity (handling tools/equipment/measuring) and speed of execution
