Mixologist/bartender

**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
- Engage with customers to understand their preferences and recommend drinks accordingly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the food industry.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in bartending or mixology is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Familiarity with food service operations within a restaurant setting.
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
- Knowledge of various spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail recipes is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.25-$30.55 per hour

- serving: 1 year (preferred)
- Bartending: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Smart Serve (preferred)
