**Position Summary**:
Under the general direction of the Security Manager, the EVS Attendant ensures adherence to the Company’s policies and procedures, motivates and leads by example and supports Great Canadian’s learning environment while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members.

**Key Accountabilities**:
Responsible for the housekeeping and cleaning of building, grounds and racetrack
Sweep and wash floors, clean windows, clean washrooms, take out the garbage and recycling, vacuuming floors and dusting, sanitizing and disinfecting office areas, door handles, hand rails and any high touch points
Clean paddock after live racing and will include duties such as cleaning washrooms, washing floors, hosing, cleaning drains, cleaning horse stalls, salting, shoveling and other duties are required. Sanitizing paddock after racing. Note heavy lifting will apply
Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
Manages other initiatives as required

**Education and Qualification Requirements**:
No experience necessary
Organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
Must be able to work around horses
AGCO Horseperson Occupational License Required
High school diploma or GED equivalent

**Work Environment Considerations**:Casino is in a remote location there is no public transit. Non-traditional schedule may be required in certain circumstances.
