Parts Supervisor

Job Duties:

- Order parts according to requirements and lead times
- Source and negotiate best price for required parts
- Issue purchase orders for parts
- Expedite orders according to requirements and costs
- Prepare skids, packages and shipping documents for deliveries
- Complete credit card sales for walk in customers
- Analyze and adjust inventory according to usage and flow
- Complete and follow up on warranty claims
- Check deliveries and invoices for accuracy and approve for payment
- Arrange for replacement of damaged or short shipped parts
- Advise Service Manager on status of parts for ongoing jobs
- Perform the annual Inventory Count

Job Requirements:

- At least 5 years experience working in a similar is preferred
- Valid Driver's License (G)
