General purpose of the position: The Mobile Phone Repair Technician is responsible for the diagnostics, testing and repair of a variety of mobile products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, repair and testing on a variety of mobile products including Android, iPhone's, iPad's, Apple Watches, and more **Assist customers with repair inquiries and provide customers with repair quotations ** Communicate with customers on a day-to-day basis, carried out in a knowledgeable, and professional manner. **Adhere to all of the company's policies and procedures, and keep up to date on current information ** Flexible availability based on business needs **Create amazing experiences for customers ** Set priorities and deliver results within deadlines **Manage inventory ** Provide administrative support and repair services: cracked screens, liquid damage, factory restore, battery replacements, charging port, speaker replacement, LCD/digitizer replacement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Part-time

**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
