Setup, load heads. Adjusting Moulder to run various profiles. Feed the Moulder with blanks at a pre determined speed. Safe and proficient operation of the moulder with precise attention to detail. Monitor operation of Moulder and make adjustments to correct problems and ensure setup and measurements of knives as necessary. Inspect and identify worn out knives, replacing when necessary. Follow production schedule to unsure deadlines are met. Read and interpret work orders and / or follow verbal instructions. Perform quality checks on material using calipers or tape measure. Perform necessary preventive machine maintenance and cleaning in accordance to Swiftwood policies. Health and safety program, and Occupational health. General cleanup of production area.

Pay: $28.00-$37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
