As a Wedding Concierge your main goal is to make sure the wedding couple is completely at ease on the day of their wedding. There are many tasks you as a concierge will be assigned to do to ensure the day runs smoothly. The concierge does not loose sight of the couple and their comfortability. The concierge is the lead server for the bride and groom, and their wedding party/head table. The concierge assists in rehearsal and in ceremony.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assisting the events manager the day of the event
- Prepare the wedding suites provided to the couple for the day
- Providing the utmost care fo the wedding party from the moment they arrive
- Corrodinate ceremony timing with the event manager
- Lead the wedding party to the ceremony
- Liaison for the couple and day-of contact
- Quality control for head table and family table
- Keeping up with cleanliness and organization
- Assisting in venue room set up

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cambridge, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Smart Serve (required)
