**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma, certification, degree or equivalent in the computer science field or equivalent.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience providing customer support services in an information technology environment or helping end users to use and understand computer hardware and software.
- Experience in maintaining detailed documentation.
- Experience with SQL.
- Experience in an Oracle environment.
- Experience in software development.
