Cosmetic Consultant

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead generation, gathering a base of leads, getting them into door of clinic to consult them and help guide them to services fitting their needs
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions/ skin care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
- Utilize effective upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems and Hippa certified EMR.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring products are well-displayed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, trends, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in sales or retail sales, preferably in a beauty or cosmetics environment/ medical Esthetics.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Experience with cash handling and proficiency in using POS systems.
- A customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to effectively upsell products while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Previous experience conducting product demos is a plus.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
