**Duties**:
The student is expected to be involved in data compilation and quality control, as well as statistical analyses of data (including coding), and preparation of manuscripts.
**Work environment**:
The selected student will analyze scientific data pertaining to plastics additives in biological tissue to evaluate risks of exposure to these chemicals in migratory birds that breed in northern Canada.

EDUCATION:
ED1. The student must be currently enrolled or able to enroll in a Master's Program in the Department of Biology at the University of Saskatchewan, by September 2, 2024.
Degree equivalency
EXPERIENCE:
EX1. Experience in biology and laboratory studies, with courses in Conservation, Toxicology, and Environmental Assessment, is required (completed or in progress).
EX2. Research experience, including laboratory maintenance, writing scientific manuscripts, and data collection and management.
