We’re looking for a team player to join our family-owned and operated jewellery store. For 28 years, European Goldsmith has been Kelowna’s trusted, full-service, independent jeweller. We are renowned for exceptional customer service and outstanding value in everything that we do, and are committed to that reputation. Our team is an integral part of our success.
:

- Provide high standard of customer service to our clientele
- Achieve sales goals set monthly
- Maintain showroom and assist in product management
- Research client’s requests, liaise with designers and suppliers, prepare customer quotes to present to clients.
- Assist in administrative tasks as required.
:

- Have proven sales experience and/or understanding of sales process. Jewellery experience helpful but not required.
- Be prepared and dedicated to an extensive training process.
- Possess strong communication skills and committed to exceptional customer service.
- We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and creative professional whose skill set includes being detail oriented, a good multi-tasker and self-motivated.
- Be a team player who is looking for a longterm career in a dynamic industry.

- **Non-commission** environment, focussed on service, not high-pressure sales
- Product & reputation you can be proud to stand behind.
- Full-time hours. (We would entertain a 30hr (4 day/wk) applicant, as well.)
- Great hours: Tues-Sat, (No evenings or Sundays unless we are doing an event.)
- Competitive wages; varies with experience. Starting base wage varies $20-$25

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
