- Perform tasks such as siding installation, concrete finishing, and welding as needed
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Framer or Carpenter
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding schematics
- Ability to work with various materials including wood, concrete, and metal
- Strong attention to detail and precision in framing projects
- Knowledge of using power tools and hand tools effectively
- Experience in restoring structures or buildings is a plus
