Neurofeedback Trainer

We are seeking a driven and people-centric individual to fulfill the Neurofeedback Trainer role at Wiseman Counselling Services. If you are empathic, culturally aware, an excellent problem solver and customer-service oriented, we would love to have you as part of the team

**Responsibilities**:

- Hook up clients for neurofeedback sessions
- Educate clients on the benefits of neurofeedback
- Invoice and schedule clients with Cliniko
- Provide an exceptional customer experience
- Inform clients on rental options and plans suited to their financial and personal needs
- Check in with neurofeedback renters weekly

**Requirements**:

- A degree or certificate in Psychology is an asset
- Proven experience in a similar role such as administration for a mental health or healthcare clinic
- Experience in patient care
- Experience with invoicing and scheduling is an asset but not required (training will be provided)
- Familiarity with mental health vocabulary when speaking with new and returning clients
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A minimum commitment of a year is preferred

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
