**Title**:Project Coordinator for the Beausejour Family Crisis Resource Centre Inc.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for coordinating various projects including budget management
- Ability to conduct research papers on specific topic.
- Organize multiple meetings with stakeholders and participants.
- Work with vulnerable people.
- Submit monthly report and maintain a database of clients.
- Acts as the liaison person between the Beausejour Family Crisis Centre and grant funder.
- Work with community partners in developing knowledge exchange materials.
- Create awareness surrounding services offered by the Centre in the community.
- Coordinate and facilitate various working groups.
- Maintains the confidentiality and security of client-related information.
- Performs other assigned duties in the interests of the Beausejour Family Crisis Resource Centre.

**Qualifications**:

- A University degree or college diploma in Social sciences, Social Work, or a related discipline
- Exceptional communication skills, both orally and in writing in both official languages (French and English).
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and videoconferencing systems, such as Zoom and\or Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to work unsupervised and with a team.
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills and motivated to work.
- Community liaison experience is desired.
- Strong organizational skills and details oriented.
- Ability to work in a highly distractible environment, multitask and be sensitive to the uniqueness and demands of a public service agency.
- Ability to assume responsibility and exercise good judgment in making decisions.
- Ability to research, analyze, and create research papers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to manage a budget, managing and delivering outcomes on multiple work plans.
- Ability to speak in front of large groups and facilitate group discussions.
- Ability to work in a respectful manner with individual from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
- Understands the facets of working in a non-profit environment.
- Current and valid Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Check.

**Salary and Conditions**
- Salary is negotiable based on experience.
- This is a contract position with possibility of a renewal.
- Full-time position (36.25 hours a week) with possibility of renewal.
- Monday to Friday from 8:30am -4:30 pm.
- Flexibility to work evenings on occasions, and on short notice.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
