*Duties & Responsibilities* - Prepare food for Members and Guests and ensure that portion control, temperature, and food presentation meet the Arbutus Club standards - Participate in menu planning, food taste-testing meetings, and contributes ideas and suggests for food and service - Control food and supply inventory, including completing physical inventory as required, dating and rotating stock; follows first in, first out procedures - Ensure kitchen staff performs tasks according to safe work practices and safe job procedures - Train and instruct second and grill cooks *Requirements & Qualifications* - Able to work in a high volume, fast paced environment - Able to assist in all aspects of line cooking, plating, preparation of food items - Able to work independently unsupervised and as a part of a team - Able to ensure the best quality product and experience for our members Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
