We are seeking a dedicated Team Member to join our dynamic team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our restaurant.

**Duties**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures
- Assist in the kitchen with food preparation, cooking, and maintaining cleanliness
- Operate POS systems to process orders and payments swiftly
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products or services
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred
- Proficiency in time management to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and cashiering responsibilities
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety practices is advantageous
- Experience with POS systems is a plus
- Ability to sanitate work areas regularly

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
