Ils dressent des plans de traitement médical et psychologique personnalisés et voient au versement des indemnités financières en tous genres, et ce, en faisant toujours preuve d’un esprit alerte.

**Nous cherchons des talents comme vous**

**Vous excellez dans ce qui suit**:

- Effectuer des enquêtes et des évaluations approfondies pour traiter des sinistres catastrophiques
- Examiner et approuver les plans de traitement appropriés
- Participer aux audiences devant les tribunaux d’appel ainsi qu’aux procédures d’arbitrage et de médiation pour en arriver à des règlements
- Gérer des appels parfois stressants et communiquer des décisions concernant des demandes de règlement de façon claire
- Assurer la formation des nouvelles recrues par le biais de séances de jumelage à un collègue
- Soutenir et mentorer les autres experts en sinistres de l’équipe
- Gérer efficacement un horaire de travail quotidien chargé
- Offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle

**Vous possédez ces qualifications**:

- Études postsecondaires dans un programme axé sur les assurances ou un programme connexe
- Titre de PAA obtenu ou en voie d’obtention
- Au moins 10 années d’expérience en règlement de demandes d’indemnités d’accident
- Compréhension avancée de l’Annexe sur les indemnités d’accident légales (AIAL)
- Expérience en assurance des entreprises (un atout)
- Solides compétences techniques dans l’utilisation de la suite Microsoft Office
- Capacité à communiquer clairement avec les réclamants, les courtiers et les conseillers juridiques
