**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop individualized lesson plans tailored to each student's learning style and academic goals.
- Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Create a supportive and engaging atmosphere that encourages student participation and confidence.
- Utilize technology and computerized resources to enhance the learning experience.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and educators regarding student progress and areas for improvement.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while fostering positive relationships with students.

**Experience**
- Experience working with children in an educational setting is essential.
- Familiarity with Special Education practices is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in an understandable manner.
- A background in classroom education or related fields will be beneficial.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 8 per week
