**Description**
We are seeking an **Analytics Manager** to help establish our Data & Analytics group. If you are passionate about learning, developing your technical skills and be part of a core transformational team, we want to talk. Your work will inform both strategic and operational decisions across the organization and you will be involved in projects from inception to delivery.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead data science and predictive modeling initiatives, especially in the credit risk modeling, and develop PD, LGD and EAD models for different lines of business.
- Lead requirements gathering for reporting, dashboards, KPI definitions and automation needs with business units across the organization.
- Develop and launch configuration-based solutions on low-code to no-code platforms, such as Excel, SharePoint, PowerApps and more.
- Build ETL pipelines and assist in managing the data warehouse to maintain a strong data platform capable of serving the organization’s data needs.
**Qualifications**
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or other related areas is required.
- 5+ years of experience with reporting tools, such as Tableau, PowerBI and Looker.
- 3+ years of experience with programming tools such as SQL and Python, as well as integrations via API.
- 3+ years of experience with statistical techniques, including logistic regression, neural networks and gradient boosting.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, especially around object structure and reporting.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
