**Administrative Duties**:

- General office duties not limited to mail, answering the phones, message handling, payroll support, etc.
- Assist with the planning and execution of a wide range of events, including conferences, meetings, weddings, and social gatherings
- Assist sales team with coordinating with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences
- Support sales team with developing event proposals and budgets based on client needs
- Provide support for event logistics, including venue selection, transportation, accommodation, and audiovisual setup
- Assist with coordinating event timelines and schedules to ensure smooth execution
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement

**Coordination Duties**:

- Oversee event setup, including décor, seating arrangements, and signage
- Provide on-site coordination during events to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the set up phase of events
- Conduct pre-event inspect of venue, including bathrooms, lobby area, coat check closets, lobby, and event space

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear verbal skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to build relationships with clients, vendors, and team members
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs
