Irrigation Worker

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Irrigation Technician to join our team. As an Irrigation Worker, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing irrigation systems for residential and commercial properties. Your expertise in irrigation techniques and equipment will contribute to the overall success of our Irrigation projects.

**Duties**:

- Install and maintain irrigation systems, including pipes, valves, sprinklers, and controllers
- Perform regular inspections to identify leaks, malfunctions, or other issues
- Repair or replace damaged components of the irrigation system
- Adjust water flow and pressure to ensure proper irrigation
- Program and troubleshoot irrigation controllers
- Dig trenches and lay pipes for new installations or repairs
- Collaborate with landscape designers and maintenance crews to ensure efficient irrigation practices
- Provide recommendations for improving irrigation efficiency and water conservation
- Maintain accurate records of work performed

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as an Irrigation Worker or similar role
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and equipment
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for installation and repairs
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and fix system issues
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Physical stamina for manual labor in various weather conditions
- Valid 'G' driver's license with a clean abstract

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 7 months

Pay: $17.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
