**The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate the mortgage process in collaboration with our Mortgage Underwriter.
- Manage client communication throughout the mortgage journey, ensuring a personalized and supportive experience.
- Enter and manage client data in our CRM and mortgage origination systems (training provided).
- Maintain electronic organization of important documents and information.
- Compile and submit compliance files for approval.
- Engage in ongoing communication with clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries.
- Undertake additional tasks as required, contributing to the overall success of our team.
- Possesses 2+ years of experience in the Banking/Mortgage industry.
- Exhibits exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and approachable demeanour.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to efficiently prioritize tasks.
- Is a quick learner, enthusiastic about acquiring new skills.
- Works effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Holds a Mortgage Agent License (highly advantageous but not mandatory).
- Is proficient in English (oral and written) and comfortable in a paperless, technology-driven work environment.
