Dunes Trailer Sales near Grand Bend is seeking an RV Technician/Store Clerk to join our team Job will consist of both service technician work in the shop and parts desk duties in the front office.

RV Technician / Parts Desk Clerk

**Duties**:

- Perform repairs and maintence on recreational vehicles (RVs)
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Assemble and install RV components and accessories
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete tasks
- Follow schematics and technical manuals to ensure accurate repairs
- Conduct inspections to identify potential problems or areas for improvement
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Greet guests as they arrive at the store
- Assist customers with finding the proper RV parts & accessories
- Receive and sort parts deliveries. Take inventory and update tracking software
- Answer and forward incoming phone calls
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing and photocopying
- Update calendars and schedule meetings/showing appointments
- Prepare marketing materials, posters, trailer flyers, etc. as requested
- Prepare documents for trailer sales
- Clean trailers upon arrival and between showings

**Skills**:

- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Experience in automotive repair or dealership environment is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to think critically
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. photocopiers and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service
- Experience in camping industry or experience owning an RV a plus

RV2 or RV1 certifications an asset, but not required. We offer competitive pay based on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
