Our Investment Services team is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s interaction with clients. This includes communicating the firm’s investment views, ensuring the efficient execution of any instructions and providing any reporting or other information that the client requires. The team is also responsible for developing relationships with prospective clients. **The Opportunity**:
**Primary responsibilities**:

- Support Investment Counsellors, Investment Services in the analysis & preparation of their client’s portfolios and custom research reports.
- Respond to RFIs and RFPs from consultants and other institutional prospective clients.
- Support original content creation to enhance the quality of communication with clients.
- Working independently and within the team on ongoing strategic initiatives.
- Updating and reviewing presentations, website content, quarterly marketing material.
- Participate in the production of performance attribution commentary and analysis for investment strategies sent to clients and prospects.
- Strengthen the business development team’s efforts and strategies in sourcing accurate information on potential prospects.
- Create and maintain competitor intelligence profiles and landscapes.
- Liaise with the investment management team to provide pertinent, current information on portfolio holdings to the investment services team. Help coordinate various events for clients, prospect clients and consultants.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance with an interest in business.
- Between 0-3 years of experience of relevant work experience - experience within investment banking industry preferred but is not required.
- Professional presence with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated individual with a high energy level. Dedicated, well-organized individual and resourceful individual with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Team player with positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, proactive and demonstrates initiative; ability to work without a lot of structure.
- Experience with EVestment or RFPIO would be an asset.
- Knowledge of the institutional investment industry would be an asset. Bilingualism would be an asset (French and English)
