365 Heating & Cooling is hiring a Journeyperson Plumber and wants YOU to join their growing team

A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Create troubleshooting solutions that align with clients' needs to resolve plumbing troubles.
- Deliver high customer satisfaction and in-home services.
- Perform the repair and installation of all plumbing equipment and appliances, as well as piping systems.
- Communicate with necessary parties, such as Service Dept. Manager, Technicians, Dispatch, and Parts Department.
- Maintain organized and updated company service van, inventory, and paperwork for success.
- Drive new sales opportunities to build repair options in the best interest of clients.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- 3-5 years of plumbing field experience within residential environments.
- Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve plumbing-related problems.
- Outstanding people skills, communication, and customer service abilities.
- Valid G Class Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Comfortable with heavy-lifting from time to time (50 lbs)
