Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in various facilities. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for both staff and visitors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform commercial cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and window cleaning
- Clean and sanitize washrooms, bedrooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished
- Use hand tools as necessary to complete cleaning tasks
- Adhere to established safety protocols and guidelines
- Follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries or requests from staff or visitors

**Skills**:

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers
- Experience in residential cleaning
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning of all areas
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning agents

We offer competitive pay rates for this position. The exact rate will be discussed during interview.

**Driver Licsense REQUIRED**

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 30 per week
